Wobage Farmhouse co operative

We are looking for a few people to join our new housing co-operative at Wobage Farm, to live alongside our craft workshops in rural Herefordshire.
The farm house will be divided into living units. As we are still in the planning stages, there are currently two possibilities for how the house could be divided:

One 4-bed house with kitchen, bathroom and living space, which could be available to one family or to four individuals living communally. And a 1-bed ground floor flat with kitchen / living space and en-suite.

Two 2-bed houses, each with kitchen, bathroom and living space.

The semi-detached dwellings will each have parking and garden space.
