The UK's National Cohousing Waiting List

Looking for a home in a cohousing community?

Join the UK’s National Cohousing Waiting List to hear about opportunities to buy or rent in established cohousing communities, as well as new developments as they become available.

Whether you’re actively looking or simply exploring the idea of cohousing, our free updates will keep you informed about opportunities across the UK.

There’s no need to become a UK Cohousing Network member, and joining the waiting list is completely free.

Alongside property opportunities, you’ll also receive occasional cohousing news and event updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your details will never be shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information. You can also explore existing communities in our Cohousing Directory.

By joining the waiting list you will:

• Be among the first to hear about homes becoming available.
• Discover new cohousing developments as they launch.
• Stay up to date with cohousing news and events.
• Help demonstrate demand for cohousing, strengthening our case with government, local authorities, housing providers and other partners working to grow the sector.
