New Website and Membership Offers
We have now launched the new website which will be lighter and easier to use. Log onto your membership and you will see that you have exclusive access to the Cohousing Guide and the Design Guide. This is free to members so please share your login details and password with other members of your group so you can all have access.
Cohousing Cafes
We will be starting a series of monthly Cohousing Cafes as well to supplement the Guide and these will be at 5pm on Mondays once a month. If you can’t make it at that time, the recordings will be in your membership area but it is always good to join when you can, ask questions, meet others from around the UK who are also creating or live in cohousing.
We want to stimulate the Network as a community of practice and get more cohousing built in the UK. There is a lot of interest in the way we are building communities and we want to get together and make sure we share expertise, contacts and connections to capitalise on this moment.
AGM
Our AGM is on 30th June 5pm and it will be online this time around. We are all used to it now and it helps to involve membership from right across the UK on an equal basis. One of the benefits of going online. We are inviting applications to join the board. Please come along as its a unique opportunity to meet many of you from right across the UK by doing this online. Please put the date in your diary and share with others in your community or group.
Board nominations Each paid up member cohousing groups – whether established or forming – can nominate someone to be considered to join the board through our membership election at the AGM. We’ve extended the deadline for nominations to 07 June 2021, 9am.
