The plan for 2020 is:
Search for properties in Wales.
Draw up a shortlist, arrange viewings.
Identify a first choice.
Pursue planning advice.
Commence purchase process.
Reach a level of confidence about being able to develop the property.
Purchase the property and move onsite (1 January 2021).

However, it’s more important to find the right property than to meet our deadline. We also need to feel confident about obtaining planning permission.
Phase 1 will establish four households and develop a Common House.
Later in 2021, we should be ready for more people to join us.
