Cohousing Exeter is a newly forming group, looking for members interested in neighbourly living with some shared spaces, alongside our own homes.
The exciting news is that we have an enabling developer on board, with a wealth of experience in building sustainably. There is a clear site for 30-35 homes near the heart of Exeter.
Our intention is to create a community with a rich mix of people, retaining a spirit of independence in older age by living together. This a your chance to get involved in shaping the design of this exciting project to build sustainable homes with community living baked into the foundations.
