We are a recently formed group which has been offered a site, subject to planning, in a semi-rural location close to Aylesbury.
We aim to form a small cohousing scheme with approximately 15 eco-friendly units, probably including both purchased and rental homes, and a common house. There may be a range of unit sizes from studio flat to family home.
The site includes an existing orchard and sufficient land for us to grow some of our own produce. We welcome new members of any age who would like an opportunity to play an active part in developing our cohousing community.
