Life is becoming more and more exciting at LoCo CoHousing group, Colchester. Most importantly we have started our planning application process. After the buying of the site it is the biggest milestone in our common project. We are receiving more and more inquiries from potential members from all over Britain and even Europe. We are well on our way to becoming a very diverse, open group with plenty of different interests to liven up our communal meals. We were also given the opportunity to describe our project to local and national journalists for example in the Guardian. Our blog was widely tweeted and retweeted which in turn triggered interest from the BBC Essex with a lovely interview of some of our members : iPlayer at http://bbc.in/1MOdUh9 .
