Greek Village Cohousing – Breaking Ground in 2024

We are a multinational and multigenerational group building in a stunning location in Peloponneos, Greece. We’ve broken ground on our earthworks and will fill up fast-- especially now that the Greek Golden Visa costs are scheduled to rise from 250k to 400k in late September. Until September 30th, you have the opportunity to purchase a home in our cohousing village at the lowest cost in all of Europe receive your EU residency. Most of all, you'll be are able to live in cohousing and in Greece!

A 20 minute drive up the street will put you in the middle of a vibrant city whose tavernas are filled each night, and 30 minutes the other direction will take you to world class beaches and fishing villages. Our Common House coworking space is a mecca for remote professionals, and our national forest and plans for an experiential learning Montessori school make this a healthy, happy, safe and meaningful place to raise children.

Our location offers a farm, olive orchard, vineyard, pool, basketball and soccer field, greenhouse, miles of hiking outside your door, UNESCO site nearby, and so much more! We’ve remained very small during our design phase. We work well together, are committed to personal growth to thrive together, and we shared vision and values and a love of this country. We are now ready to grow.
