Our vision is to create a highly sustainable inclusive intergenerational community in Chorlton, South Manchester. We aim to create the first net zero cohousing development in South Manchester with buildings achieving Passivhaus certification. At the heart of what we do will be sustainability and living ecologically sensitive lifestyles.
The develop-led scheme, at Ryebank Fields in Chorlton, is subject to planning permission being granted and includes 18 housing units (a mixture of apartments and houses), shared spaces including a common house, guest room, laundry, bike and mobility scooter storage.
