Lowfield Green Housing Co-op is the first development by YorSpace CLT. YorSpace is a volunteer led community housing developer made up of York residents who work together to build low cost, cooperatively owned, environmentally sustainable homes that create and sustain community. As of September 2025, there are 14 homes being built in phase one and we are due to move in very soon. In phase two there will be 2-bed flats and a communal indoor space.
