Halton Senior Housing Cooperative previously known as Halton Senior Cohousing Ltd. is situated near the River Lune in Halton. There are woodland walks and countryside all around. We are 3 miles north of Lancaster with a pleasant ride along the cycle path or public transport. Lancaster is a lively university city with plenty to do and join in. Nearby is Halton Mill and the Halton Community Centre both with lots of activities and events. The Lancaster Cohousing known as Forge Bank (a multi-generational cohousing) is just across the road.
Currently we are awaiting planning permission for 14 kit homes and a Common House with Guest House. Once we are assured of planning permission, we will be actively recruiting new members.
