Dol Llys Hall Open Day – Saturday 15 June 2024, 10.00 am – 4.00 pm.
We have pleasure in inviting you to the above event if you have any interest in joining a housing community or you have a specific interest in living here as a member of our co-housing co-operative.
The day will be an opportunity to have a look around the house and gardens and a couple of the flats, obtain more information and to ask questions of the current members. We will provide refreshments throughout the day and there will be a light buffet lunch provided. You do not need to book a place, but we would be grateful if you could let us know if you plan to attend so that we have an idea of numbers.

Although there are currently no vacancies, we anticipate that there may be a vacancy later this year or next, either for renting or for buying loan-stock.
Dôl Llys Hall is a co-operative and co-housing community which has at its core the provision of homes for its members. The hall is situated just outside the historic market town of Llanidloes and is surrounded by beautiful Welsh hills.
It is very important to us that the applicants are fully aware of what life is like living in our community here so there is an application process which will involve several visits.
