19/1/24 Bridge Farm Cohousing Gets Planning Permission
Homes Now for Sale off plan
After 3 years of planning, Bridge Farm, Drayton in Somerset is going to be transformed into a cohousing community of 12 homes, a common house, workshops and business units after gaining planning permission from Somerset Council.
The project plus 6 acres of land now seeks people who would be interested in living in Somerset’s first cohousing community.
Bridge Farm is located at Drayton (TA13 5LR) a hamlet close to South Petherton in Somerset.
There is a range of properties from one to three bedrooms of various sizes from 60 – 105m2 with prices ranging from £200,000 – £350,000.
There will be an open day for those that are interested to visit the site on March 2nd at 10.30am
