Angel Yard is a developing cohousing scheme in Norwich. We are currently (2024) looking for new members / buyers to informally reserve homes off-plan in our scheme, with a projected move-in date in 2026. All details are on our website.
Our site is just north of the city centre in a conservation area near the riverside walk, with easy access to the centre. We have 32 private sale homes, some of which are already allocated, with a mixture of flats and houses, along with a common house and shared garden space. For those who want a bit more greenery, we have a group of allotments just a short cycle ride away that is already producing fruit and veg.
We have a lively intergenerational group of members ages 0-70s but still welcome new joiners. House prices in Norwich are reasonable, neither as expensive as the south-east nor quite as cheap as the northeast / northwest of the UK. Our homes will be on a par with other attractive new build properties in central-ish Norwich, and will benefit from energy-efficient construction and the additional communal facilities.
