We are starting construction on 12 homes at Bridge Farm in Drayton, Somerset. We currently have six homes available, ranging from 1 and 2 to 3 bedroom homes. Prices range from approximately £200K - £350K each (final prices to be confirmed). The scheme received planning permission in January 2024 and the group purchased the land from the friendly local farmer in January 2026. Our architect is working on the technical design and we hope to start construction this summer, 2026.
The wider site includes a 4 bed victorian farmhouse that will be our common house, approximately 6 acres of agricultural land, which will be our food growing and shared leisure space. We have outline planning permisson for converting the other barns into workshops for live /work opportunities. Other features planned include: an electric car pool, a shared launderette, a communal cooking and dining space.
