We share a commitment to eco-living and having fun while working hard to make our community successful.

Our stunning two acre site has a listed mill, complete with pond, as our common house. Next to Bourne Valley Local Wildlife Site, it is just 20 minutes walk to the centre of Colchester, a vibrant and well-connected university city brimming with creativity.

We moved into our 23 Passivhaus homes in late 2019 and converted the ‘Millers House’ into three low-energy two-bed flats in early 2023. You could be living here, in our established cohousing group, when an opportunity arises, so start our membership process now.
