Halton Senior Cohousing

Halton Senior Cohousing has now received planning permission for 20 units for those 55 years and older.  We are currently out to tender for a contractor and hope to start building later this year (2021).  Members are looking forward to moving in Spring 2022.  There are still units available including 2 bed house, 2 bed flat, and 1 bed flats.  There will be some affordable rented units for those who meet the criteria.  Please check out our website www.haltonseniorcohousing.org.uk   We look forward to hearing from any interested people.
