With funding from Community Led Homes, UKCN has jointly commissioned the UK’s first cohousing guide to cohousing.

User-design/research

UKCN has completed a two stage design/research report and business on the role of coaching to support asset based development.

Feasibility

UKCN has worked with developers to test the demand for cohousing schemes and is currently designing a match-making service with our membership to scale this work up.
