We are excited to announce that a dwelling on the property we are purchasing has become available. This is a rare chance to make history and be part of the pioneering founding 7 households of Heartward in 18 acres of prime land in the South Downs National Park.

Due to being in the early stages of the project, we can only consider applicants with a minimum deposit of £50k or more. Rest assured, our financial model is designed to provide housing for people from varying socio-economic backgrounds as we grow and develop, but at this early stage the project requires capital.

We will ask anyone interested to fill out our new questionnaire and send us an expression of interest letter (using the Word Doc template we will email to you) by 15th December 2024. We'll then arrange for a couple of us to meet with you for an informal chat and take it from there. We can’t wait to meet you and explore potential future collaboration together! We also hope to be hosting a zoom Q&A prior to the 15th, which we will send you details of once you register your interest.
