Very narrow search area around Dartmouth Park, with clear idea of why we want to be here! Mix of older homeowner households looking to downsize, with more family households needing affordable housing. Our preferred site has a planning permission for 11 affordable and 14 market homes. Not actively looking to recruit until we have made progress with site. But if anyone is really keen and currently lives in Camden, or close by in Islington borders, do please get in touch.
