We've got:
Here's our spec:
Wanted: quiet landed property suitable for 10-20 compact households sharing some common parts. A good place for a high-tech and “participative arts & crafts” project where people can live relatively simply, work, and do something wonderful together.
Location: Within two hours of London
Essential: potential for 10-20 separate homes (whether detached, terraced or apartments)
Essential: view, sufficient land, woodlands
Desirable: own water supply, good school in safe cycling distanc, walled garden, folly
In need of building or refurbishment is fine, and a part-completed project would be considered.
Likely total living space: c. 12-20,000 sq feet
Possible type of property might be:
We expect a traditional “grand” house is less likely to be suitable (unless burned down) but we would consider. Glad of comments. Please email me if you're interested to join or know of anything suitable.
