On the Brink continue to surge ahead with their scheme in Sheffield not withstanding a slight delay caused by bats!  Planning permission should be granted for the refurbishment of Brincliffe House next week with Charity Bank lined up to lend them £1.4 million pounds for the development.

It feels like August has been a month of planning.  Following a really good meeting with the GLA in early September, I co-ordinated an outline proposal to set up a Community-led housing support hub for London.
