  • Sustainable Community Housing for York

We believe that strong and inclusive communities are at the core of fulfilling lives. Our mission is to increase access to environmentally sustainable, community housing that is affordable a broader range of income groups. We believe housing should be built by the community who live in it and not for the profit of a developer; that by working co-operatively people affected by the current housing crisis can be empowered to move beyond the traditional models of home ownership and gain a stake in their own future. By coming together and building the homes we want, we can empower people, strengthen lives and grow communities.
